I found Mike to be very professional right from the first contact. It was refreshing to speak to an organisation that wasn’t just interested in simply spamming a CV and looking for any placement to gain a fee.
His approach is detailed and informal yet structured; taking time to understand why I wanted to change employment, my goals, my aspirations and my strengths. In a face to face meeting he offered a targeted approach for suitable positions and potential employers based on our initial conversations.
Mike also took all the stress out of the interview process. Any updates, feedback or comments from interviews were efficiently communicated. Throughout the whole process he offered advice and support and at no point did I feel under pressure.
