Once your shortlist has been agreed, we approach these companies on your behalf to arrange a meeting. We appreciate you may be a little ring-rusty, so we’ll guide you through the interview process, help negotiate any offers and help you through the transition to new employment.

CORPORATE CLIENTS:

Getting to know your company and understanding the way you operate helps us identify the right type of candidate. Having a close working relationship with corporate clients lies at the heart of everything we do.

Once we’ve identified the key character traits and understand the specific roles and skills required, we’ll use our extensive network to unearth the ideal person.
